Relax, unwind and rejuvenate at The Avalon, a Vermont Bed and Breakfast. We offer YogaShape classes to our guests and the community. We have an indoor hot tub to soothe your soul and relax your sore body after hours on the trails, fly-fishing, or paddling our lakes and streams.

At the Avalon you can wake up and join one of various exercise classes such as YogaShape, Stretch N Tone, Aerobics, Kabox, or West African Dance.

These classes are scheuduled on weekends and based on our guests needs and special requests.

We also offer fly-fishing guides, outside fitness treks, snowmobile rentals, guided snowmobile tours, snowshoe expediations, and much more at our Vermont Inn.
