What is YogaShape?

YogaShape is a faster paced athletic style yoga versus most yoga classes.
No chanting, no religious overtones, just plain fun!
Great relaxing music and a soothing environment.

YogaShape combines ancient Hatha Yoga with modern fitness movements and safety guidelines in order to provide you a great class and workout.

You will become more toned, more flexible, and increase your range of motion. Not to mention, you will have fun during class and leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and focused.

Our Current Schedule

YogaShape Class Descriptions

YogaShape: An athletic faster paced workout. YogaShape focuses on stretching, balancing, and helps you become more tone and flexible. Also, it gets you in shape, works your entire body, and is great for improving low back pain. Beginner and Intermediate classes are available. Intermediate classes are more challenging and last app 70 minutes. Beg Class is app 60 minutes. Call and sign up in advance.

Seniors YogaShape: 30 minute class for seniors. Become more flexible, have fun, and increase your range of motion. App 30 minutes. Call and sign up in advance.

YogaTush: Same athletic style as YogaShape. Yet, we will focus on our butt’s. We will use a YogaTush ball and do a lot of leg, and glut work shaping our tush. App 60 minutes. Call and sign up in advance. Space is limited. Private instruction and classes available upon request.

BodyBlast: We will tone, sculpt, and shape our entire body with lunges, squats, crunches, push ups and more. We will also use 3-5lb hand-weights. We will end class with stretching. App 60 minutes. Call and sign up in advance. Space is limited. If you have your own hand-weights please bring them to class.

Stretch N Tone: Gentle stretching and yoga movements incorporated into class. App 45 minutes.

West African Dance Classes: - TBA TBD Please contact if interested.
