Our schedule is always changing so please check back often or give us a call. We have several spa services that will soothe your soul and relax your sore body after hours on the ski trails, fly-fishing, or paddling our lakes and streams.

We offer several Body Packages, Spa Services, and Body Treatment Packages. Please call for more info... At the Avalon you can wake up and join one of various exercise classes such as YogaShape, Stretch N Tone, Aerobics, Kabox, or West African Dance.

Although most of our guests prefer to hit the snowmobile trails on their own. We also offer fly-fishing guides, outside fitness treks, snowmobile rentals, guided snowmobile tours, snowshoe expeditions, and much more at our Vermont Inn.
